Yes Rogue, some have speculated POET could take advantage of Lightwave Logic's polymer modulators (or vice-versa).  Technical issues aside, the real fly in the ointment right now is POET is about to start mass producing their inital products, while LWLG is not.  Therefore, a tie-up now would significantly delay POET's roadmap and overall production timelines.  Perhaps in a year or two, if/when LWLG has caught up to where POET is now....
