Options are an essential part of a salary package deal to attract high grade engineers to PTI.

Additionally, I'm staggered that some here think that management are undeserving of their options or baulk at them being used to fund their personal lives when they have foregone significant amounts of their salaries to keep the company run rate low for several years.

Finally, the notion that they, the management, should not receive the reward of options on the basis of SP growth is insulting, given the fact that my portfolio for one certainl doubled in value in this FY, as well as the last company NR, that a major EU company have production ready POET Optical Engines available for the first time.
