Need Help on No.4

Received my proxy in the morning mail, and was really troubled after reading Item No 4.

I don’t think I want to vote for more Stock Options. Good grief, isn’t the current options pool somewhere above 50,000,000 or more already? As a stockholder this looks like more dilution. I just cannot vote with management on this amendment. I don’t understand the need.

Does anyone have an opinion about No.4 being a good idea or not?
