I am not a techie, so I can´t tell from the announcement. But to be honest: I think it´s too early as POET´s samples are shipped right now. A network vendor cannot promote a new product line without having every single part mass production ready. This would be much too dangerous.

What we see here is an industry bringing itself in position. Every company tries to define its territory. It´s the right time for Poet to break cover.
