Adrian should resign.

I don't know Adrian, have no quarrel with Adrian but his misrepresentation of ptk's NDA's was/is egregious.  With another company or at another time with ptk this could be forgiven.  But NOT now.

He should resign.  This would send an important message to the market.  Clear communication that poet understands the errors of past communication errors and how it has weighed on the sp....and will not participate in such shenanigans either now or in the future.
