Message: Inside Ownership..IMHO 30%

Hi Royalton, I understand your points. I am invested here long enough. As many others.

I have been speaking about potential new investors that will eventually do their DD on POET.

Sorry to say, BUT if you check the relevant information, POET has an insider ownership of 1,01% as it stands.

Agreed, insiders COULD buy and / or convert their options. And this is what I was asking for.

I didn't necessarily ask to buy on the open market, but to convert their options.

This is an "option" it could happen, but that's no must. So, new investors can see that the management owns 1,01% of the company. And that they have recently sold.

New investors don't see that management get less pay for more options. They also don't know if management will convert their options in the end or not.

I am not talking about the understanding that everyone here has by being invested for a long time.

I am talking about potential new investors, they see Pink Sheets (OTC) with 1% insider ownership and more cash burn than income.

Just saying, not judging, but may (or may not) explain a certain part of the shareprice. Which for us long term investors is at a disconnect, but for others might be just about "fair" now by seeing those metrics / data / DD.

Not here to argue, just trying to find an explanation for myself. Why I bought many 100k shares, but POET can't attract many others into a, in my view, fabulous investment opportunity?
