I believe all you said is true, but attention to these things MUST be paid in order that the transition to the NASDAQ be pain-free. Even if they were to announce a $200 million order with customer name attached, POET would do worse than if they made the same announcement after having clearly communicated what these products mean for the world and for the future of computing.
If they can explain their golden goose to the world in terms that reasonably educated people can intuitively grasp, they might just kill the need for an R/S altogether, or have institutional money pleading for a 5% stake for a billion dollars.
