Most companies in the Silicone World must be aware or just becoming aware of the potential for Poet"s technologies and would like to be prepared for what is coming.

Even if they are still not sure they will still need to be prepared so as to not be left behind.

They would like to have a meaningful share stake for leverage or possible take over but find it impossible to acquire enough shares without ramping up the share price against themselves. 

 So they are asking for a little help.  Nothing on paper or over the phone or text of coarse. Just a quick meeting in the coffee shop or on a park bench.
