This is what I found today:

It seems, third parties are involved an someone has to order another one to instruct another one to hopefully do something...

I sent an email to Shelton Group yesterday. Only if Shelton or POET approached TSX the same day, there is a chance for the share count to be corrected tomorrow.

Reading the link above, monday is more likely I think.
