Great post Kath! Being nice to eachother always has a better feel to it.  

Now, I really hope we can draw a line in the sand at this point and start respecting eachother and the fact that we are all invested in the company together.  What we write on here and elsewhere definitely has an impact on sahreholders setiment, old, new or aspiring.  Surely it is incumbent upon us all to support our investment to the best of our ability?  That doesn't mean just pumping it up and myopically ignoring the negatives or potential pitfalls.  However, repeated (operative word) attacks on management and perceived past failures does nothing for any of us.

For those that follow Reddit.  You will see the rather disturbing post that Adrian felt necessary to write, after a personal threat to him and management.  How have we got to a place where anyone feels the need to threaten others in this way? This is beyond crazy and I sincerely hope it ends, just like Adrian so eloquently asked for.

I have enjoyed reading this board for 10yrs now and so it's a massive shame I feel less and less enclined to do so.  So I hope we can have a reset, especially after Kaths excellent posts.
