It's going to be tough to figure out how to call this move because the nas is where the big fish play and well, the nas is where the big fish play and we are a small fish I guess I am going to have to decide after 10 years of wether I am going to be in our out before the r/s. I think we are already seeing a result of the potential  r/s in the pricing.
