There has to be a strategic partnership to advance this vertical. At this stage I don't think POET has determined who it's going to be yet, but it's Asia, things can happen quickly. I expect a JV to focus on assembly and testing similar to SPX while POET creates a POET Sensing division with its own engineering expertise focusing on this market, or something like that.

In terms of timeline, 2022 will fully be dedicated to datacom, no question about it. POET needs to reach prod there to prove that yes, they can supply in volume. Once that is established, it is possible to reach into health tech with a proven technology at scale.
