Good points OG. I think we can all agree that announcing the Needham event is not material news, it is merely a cost efficient way to reach out to those parties who may have an interest in attending or listening.

Adding a member to senior mgmt likely qualifies as material news and warrants some sort of disclosure.

I think mgmt has kept us reasonably well advised when material events occur. Many will disagree with this and it all comes down to what is material and with that it's their call
