I think this is an interesting statement "I think that there are more than one reasons why we ate still at this ridiculous low SP. The quality of the technology or the quality of our employees or upper management are NOT two of them."
IMO, the majority of the SP issue is credibility. Certainly not the credibility of the team in terms of technology, rather relevant to the market and communication. You can only state things such as "promotion will be starting" so many times etc., but nothing changes, this does not reflect well on their credibility. We can say the mistakes are in the past, but the market has not forgotten them.
The good news is they can gain more credibility, but this takes a very long time, as we can observe with the stagnant SP. Maybe this year!!
