Okay, it's beat up Tom night I see.

I understand why people in a certain demographic, lets say 30 to 45 years old are unhappy with Tom and why people in another demographic, say 55 to 70 years old, are sympathetic and tolerant. His record of business success is limited (I am reminded of the Denselight sale and losses on our side and Rennova health prior to POET), he has limited understanding of the tech itself and has never been able to deliver the company message (I hope the sp doesn't go down after I do/say this) I'm sure at the time of hiring he was a well papered, good catch for fledgling and flailing POET. That time is passed

The real question we should be asking is what is best for the company's finances, which is directly tied to our own personal wealth that forms part of the company finance. Given that we entrusted Suresh to tie our star to the East and China in particular, perhaps we would be better suited with a 35 to 40 year old MBA with something to prove, with tech experience and a last name from the following group...Wang, Li, Zhang or Huang...just saying....
