To list on NASDAQ each company must have : 

 1.   1,250,000 publicly traded  shares outstanding- (check)

  2.  The regular bid price of shares of the company's stock at the time of listing must be  at         

         least  $4.00 That means at least a 1 for 4 reverse split if no news is imminent.
