I don't think that without the institutional investors we will make the strides we are hoping for, and isn't that the reason for going on the Nasdaq?  I would also assume that those larger institutions will have the analysts that will not only understand the tech talk but examine it in minute detail to make sure of their investments.

Given the volume (low), the share price hasn't gone lower than this because the retail investor has sticky hands and won't sell for less.  I think it won't take much volume from new buyers to bring us up, and more eyes will help.  I am all for this move to the Nasdaq, and glad they aren't trying to do a raise at the same time.
