Well cheaper if poet did a private placement now for say 30 mil and then did an Uplisting with the bare minimum to get listed then we would not have to roll back enough to make room for an capitol raise and the we could let the nas investors work the price up and that way I think we could get aways with a 1:4  rs just trying to think outside the box but maybe I am outside the whole house on this. Might also explain why the price has been stuck here for so long.
