A reverse split in itself is not a negative thing. That narrative should end.
· up-list post reverse split can be positive to very positive, buy increasing the stock to many institutional investors who today cannot buy.
· A reverse split that results in reduce shares to only do a raise of capital and dilute out the retail shareholders, that I see as negative.
I believe the board is making an intelligent, calculated move with their plan to reverse split, up-list, with a delayed capital raise. Allows retail shareholders the opportunity to possible see some upside before a (needed) capital raise. To do otherwise would mean early investors would again be punished for being well…….early.
Good things are coming……….. hopefully soon
