I think our fear is this:

1. Too many shares outstanding.

2. Is there another player out there better positioned than Poet ?

3. Is our management team savey enough to execute the plan.

4. Too many delays, too many times the can has been kicked down the road.

But on the brightside we are one month away for the NASDAQ listing, that is the hope that keeps us all invested.
