I think they're resigned to the fact they will get the most bang for their buck on the Nasdaq (as well after they announce they're going to the Nasdaq), so if they feel this way, they'll have to deliver the goods soonafter you hear the consolidation announcement.

This is not a design that should require any arm wrestling as the industry is currently fielding 100/200g cwdm products already.
