The recent news about Uplisting Marketing and insider buying was much desired by this board, yet still some wish to mire clear evidence of good management and perhaps an indicator of 'When the time is right', a by-product of the committee set up to advise on timing of uplisting that surprised us all with no financing, clearing the air for many concerned about this.  

The dammed if he does, damned if he don't attitude towards Tom Mika's insider investiment was so prejudiced, irrational and personal is a very sad reflection on how a few shoot this company in the foot. 

To me all facts these are green shoots for this company's spring tide, new birth and a significant strategic start to commercialisation.

Clearly the right time for all to launch the boat after this winters gloom.
