Could be that some are shorts and hiding in a longs clothing.  POET is ready to lead itself to the level that most of us have expected them to.  It may have taken longer than many wish, but if one does not believe that now is that time, then they have the option to sell their shares and watch from the sidelines.  I did not wait this long to throw in the towel.  Let Suresh show his hole cards in the very near future and I think that those of us holding our shares will be pleased.
