Well one of the deals we been waiting for unvieled and  I see over on investorshub they see a connection with Belgium company imec xpand that put money into AI celestial  -- -  Hope there is no need for RS we got alot of shares for the vulture exh but when real money becomes allowed to buy different story.  More deals to come and levers to pull to get to NAZ - my deluded dream NA tier1 does not just want to do bussiness with us but be in bussiness with us - meaning a seat at the table of BOD  and be willing to pay for the privlage- say they pay 3.00 share for 35 mill round us out to 400 mill O/S  - NA tier 1 parent gets security and future growth of ptk -they may want right of first refuseal any future buyout,yes a large premium from today price but amout of cash for big company just peanuts-and it will buy alot of goodwill with ptk mgt catch eyes of market and make march to NAZ easier and thier 3.00 primium will really look like peanuts.
