Yes usually. But given the timeframe for the OFC and 7 to 10 day time frame post consolidation it puts us smack in the middle of OFC. Which is a good thing. 

36,500,000 is a small float. I believe Poet fully expects institutional investors. The price should move up sharply with new funding coming in. In my opinion
