I welcome the push to the Nasdaq.

It's where POET needs to be as the company pivots to commercialization.

So the position of strength part ..... this has a couple of pillars which are important

and not specifically the SP. The SP will be a product of the pillars.

The pillars as I see it are :-

1.0  Does POET have a disruptive tech and is it scalable?

       Yes.

2.0  Is there significant manufacturing capacity that can be scaled?

       Yes through the JV.

3.0  Do we have customers lined up?

       Yes - it's now 4 or 5 commited and counting ....

4.0  For the NASDAQ launch will the marketing towards new institutional and high net worth retail

       investors be cranked up to ensure an influx of new investors?

       I expect so, and if yes, we will have nothing to worry about.

5.0  Once on the NASDAQ, will we see a higher frequency of meaningful NR's?

       Considering we are a mere few months away from initial production and we have

       numerous other companies in the funnel, I think this is highly likely.

Like everyone else, I do not like where the SP currently sits. But if 4.0 through 5.0 play out well, the SP will do very well.

Whether I have 10 x $10 bills or 1 x $100 bill in my pocket is irrelevent. The RS is necessary to get us to where we want and need to be.
