Interesting Tom acknowledged "removing the uncertainties surrounding the consolidation" as a chief internal rationale for moving to Nasdaq now.  We have been in a strange period, everyone knows we were going to go at some point, but it's dragged on and the threat of the split has contributed to a languishing share price.  It's almost a pull the bandaid reality.
