Question for DEGIRO users. "POET Technologies Inc - Non tradeable"

I'm trading on DEGIRO. They show "non tradeable" for ISIN RI4 | CA73044W3021.

However, Tradegate is working. They told me: "the implementation of capital measures is not the responsibility of Tradegate Exchange, but of the custodian bank involved. We would therefore ask you to contact your bank to clarify your question."
