Not so sure about that 3Hole

I believe 56 Gbaud refers to the modulation rate, how many times the signal changes per second, and can be applied to produce various data speeds (ie 50Gb/s 100Gb/s and 400Gb/s) and using differnt modulation types (ie NRZ or PAM-4).
