TSX.V vs Nasdaq?

Forgive my ignorance as I am not an experienced trader but have been invested in Poet since 2014... I'm just curious as to what and how our shares on the TSX will compare to those on the Nasdaq? Would it be better to sell my shares on the Venture and buy them back on the Nasdaq or will both exchanges essentially have mirrored share prices?
