If you're going to be critical, you have to offer praise when warranted, and I've been nothing but impressed with how we've handled this split and uplist so far. My fears allayed, my hesitations halted.   We're moving with wind in our sails, the split hasn't hurt at all and the news flow/accessibility has been fantastic, with a big week ahead.  Well played management.
