I'll take a stab at this.

We don't know if GF, Intel and Nvida are or aren't working with POET. I'm not sure why you assume they aren't. Just becasue nothing has been announced doesn't mean it isn't happening behind closed doors. 

With regards to the Institutions buying in, from my understanding they have been waiting for the NASDAQ listing over $5 because without that they wouldn't be able to take a position. I believe once they are live on Monday, there will be a considerable amount of buying for those that want a piece. Remember, there are a lot of people including yours truly that believe they should be trading at a $1B Market cap right now. I truly believe we will be trading at that level before the end of the month.
