Just speculating here but it will be difficult for funds to take a significant postion in a short time with such a small float and few shares on the ask at any one time. Either slowly accumulate or just maybe a plan for a share transfer to reset value much higher. What if at some point $11.50 warrent holders are offered to be taken out at the forced conversion accelerated price of 23.0 that CM talked about. Perhaps our largest warrant holder  someone like Lustig would be open to that..The new price and value would be aligned much better with the few analyst price targets
