I'm not sure how it works in terms of the previous close listed for the NASDAQ, but that is the reference point for the 19% drop. The "previous" close is listed as $11 US on the NASDAQ (same price as the open, so I guess that is how it is set?). $11 US = ~ $14 CAD, but the previous close on the TSX.V was $12.44. So, the accurate drop would be relative to $12.44 CAD, so is -8.5%, not the drop on the NASDAQ (-19%).
