What might be doable is to get a big brokerage involved in an offering. Not a Wainwright or anything like them. But one of the more influential brokerage firms that can assemble a nice syndicate, if necessary.

Actually glad you brought that up. I vaguely recall didn't Tom say he had been in  discussions with a few banks right around the time we voted on the R/S? However funds weren't needed until the 2nd half for spectrometer prototypes.

I agree with you. Would have been a nice catalyst. I'm not very savvy on this. How common is it for banks to be involved in an uplist to a major exchange? Is an offering usually part of this transition?
