Itcanhappen, like you, Icantimagine any nefarious intent in the rush to the NASDAQ. Perhaps, in good faith, management thought they would have a big piece of news about the time of the OFC or the uplist. Maybe their timetable was a bit optimistic - itsbeenknowntohappen from time to time. 

Ifthatsthecase, I'm hoping any hiccup is a small one.
