Breeze, I do not have your experience with the market, but I don't agree with your assessment.

If indeed Poet (Thomas Mika) was talking to sophisticated US investors before listing on Nasdaq, I think it would be wise to give them some time to buy some shares (once Poet trades on Nasdaq) before releasing a big NR. Scratch my back and I will scatch yours kind of thing. Like a financing works.
