We direct-listed onto the NASDAQ without doing a capital raise. What does that mean?
It means that the customary greasing of the investment machinery did not get greased.
Do I care? Nope. We may not get some of the sizzle that many were expecting, but the parts that
typically get greased will come around, because eventually they have to. This tight float will
eventually see the demand that will drive it north. Nobody worth his salt on the "street" will be able
to avoid adding positions to their portfolios once news starts coming.

If you are wondering where all of the retail business is, well they usually show up when a stock starts moving in the desired direction and that has not happened yet, but they will. Traders have to have momentum or swings and we have had neither. People attempting to supplement their incomes by doing trades do not have the time to buy and hold as it's all lost opportunity. We who have been here a long time should still be looking at this level as a buying oportunity, because it is.
