I don't believe POET is a meme stock, it has very low following even on popular subreddits like r/pennystocks. If you mention POET on r/wallstreetbets today, you get banned as it is trading below $1B cap.

The volume in pre-market, or for the past 4 days, may very well be institutions. This rally may have legs.
