The volume has been extra light on Fridays for a long time, with a few exceptions. If they need to raise money, I'm not going to be either surprised nor outraged. But I'm prepared for disappointment at the terms of the raise. 

For one thing, I'm sure it will be easier to attract and then satisfy more talent with $ rather than options.
