POET does not need fast money. The company is not desperate for the kind of shenanigans that are attached to startups companies who need Wainwright deals. Yes, that was a horrible financing and it was very painful for a long time. It was a deal with the devil but POET needed money. The GaAs side was a bust at the time and the dielectric platform did not exist. Still it was possible that POET could have done a better with the right people.
That is all water under the bridge and the condition of the company is very different now. There is no desperation. None whatsoever. What is happening right now is slow accumulation. If people are shorting they will get so badly screwed. All financing since that time have been done with much better terms and with people that the company
knows. And that includes the people who were in on the debentures.
POET is close. Really close to becoming a major force in the the world of Photonics. Let's get over the quiet period and then watch POET shake the ground.
POET is becoming very well known in the photonics community and it is going to get very well known to the investment community.
Enjoy the day…There is sooo much to look forward to.
