The reason that POET uplisted was to make the stock available to Buy and Hold Institutional Investors. Clearly there is a need to issue significant news associated with but not limited to companies committing to products. Number one element for success for POET is the availability of their breakthrough tech. That is really where the bottom line is in my opinion. Once the availability has been achieved the company enters the supply and demand phase where output has been established (commercial production) then the funds see the value. Convincing the funds of POETs value is probably the single most difficult challenge right now because these funds need to be fed the news that establishes that value in undisputable terms.
Are they ready to issue significant news? Do they have to wait until financials are released for compliance?
Don't know but the company is progressing as evidenced by the OFC interest.
