A longtime shareholder from Opel days I have been reading almost all postings daily over the years.This is my first post ever.

A thought as to why the price is falling: perhaps when the stock reverse split, to get on Nasdaq , and expectations were high that the price would increase, some investors may have taken the opportunity to margin their stock. As the price sinks perhaps people are having margin calls. This is pure theory but nobody seems to have mentioned this possibility to date.

Alternatively traders may be trying to drive the price down to where they see "stop loss" orders in place. Another factor is naked shorting taking place to get to the stop loss orders.

None of the above theories may be valid. However there is no valid reason that this stock should be dropping like a lead ball...quite the opposite it should be flying high, and feel sure it will do so over the coming days, weeks or months.
