Like many I have had occasion to be critical of management over the last number of years but unlike many I think it is naive and just plain wrong to isolate or point the finger at any one individual of management.

Tom Mika is very capable, qualified and does not act independently. Management consists of the Executive suite and the Board of Directors and they act in concert with each other, let's not forget that when we have the next beef with the day's events.
