Rick, you think it is a simple problem? You must know that they have rules to follow and NDA's to respect. You must be aware of the rules around disclosing new information ahead of the financials. Can they push the envelope and disclose new info and risk being in violation of those rules or the NDA's?

Why would they? To keep retail investors happy when 40% of their existing shareholder base last year tried to tie their hands and limit their growth.  Oh right the armchair quarterbacks have decided what is best for the company.  A start up with a global footprint.

They have a job to do to convince US investors. Again no cheap financing and no cheap warrants going to the NASDAQ but they are there now. Watch what they do. There is a much bigger picture. 

And as this picture becomes crystal clear this forum will be all happy and be falling over each other to congratulate management. The same people who are now putting the boots to them. You simply can’t take back those words
