Strange co-incidence but you are correct. The firm selling in early March was Paragon Capital corp. based out of Calagary with a shop in Toronto. Sorry about the confusion everyone but golly what are the chances it being the same name.

This report shows as you stated Paragon Capital Management out of Denver with large international presence.

Not sure of the two are related but either way sorry about the confusion and mods feel free to delete my earlier posts as the acquirers of share are not the same firm and that appears to be a good thing given international presence
