352K shares they acquired must have been between early March (launch of Nasdaq listing) and March 31st  given they are a large hedge fund and likely could not have bought on the OTC or Canadian Venture, 

Based on total cost of approx $2.2mil U.S.,  avg cost about $6.22ish U.S. per share, No doubt US investors will see this new acquisition as it is significant.
