Just a guess, maybe a bit of a WAG, but I suspect that the medical market is far from limited to wearables.  Think of all the present electronics used in monitoring and diagnostic devices and the potential for optoelectronics in that field, not to mention the possibility of internally worn medical devices, i.e. medical implants.  I think that focusing only on the aspect of wearables in regards to the medical field is, pardon the word, "Short" sided. JMO
