We have 70 issued patents and 21 patent applications pending, including four provisional patent applications. Of the 70 issued patents, 17 are directly related to the Optical Interposer and include fundamental design and process patents. All 21 applications pending are Optical Interposer-related. Multiple additional applications are in various stages of preparation. The patents cover device structures, underlying technology related to the Optical Interposer, applications of the technology, and fabrication processes.
