I certainly do not think I am being groomed to think a low ball offer is good.

On the contrary, I expect great things for shareholder value, starting sometime before production starts shipping or on the publication of new and meaningful analysts valuation reports.

Any low ball offer actually means nothing, unless shareholders approve it, and would most likely start a bidding war.

I am not concerned.... just let this play out.
